Training & Adoption Manager Designs and manages training, enablement content and ongoing adoption support for self-service, tools and new ways of working.

Purpose The Training & Adoption Manager ensures that central and local users understand, adopt and continuously use Momentum’s processes, tools, service routes and self-servicemodel.
- The role turns the Momentum operating model into practical enablement formats, training journeys, guidance materials and adoption support that help users work effectively in daily operations.
Description The Training & Adoption Manager acts as the enablement and adoption role within Transition & Enablement. The role designs and manages training, onboarding sessions, user guidance, adoption feedback loops and enablement materials for central and local Media Markt Saturn users as well as internal Momentum teams.
- Momentum is not only a process or platform model, but the dedicated production organization for Media Markt Saturn . The Training & Adoption Manager therefore ensures that users do not only receive a rollout introduction, but build the confidence and routine to use Momentum correctly over time.
- The role is especially important for self-service. As Momentum evolves, users need ongoing guidance on request logic, service routes, templates, briefing quality, platform usage, approval flows, publishing handovers and new features. The role works closely with Account Management, Platform Product Ownership, Delivery Management and Tech & Data Operations to turn operational changes into clear and usable enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage training and enablement activities for central and local users.
- Develop onboarding sessions, how-to materials, quick guides and user support content.
- Support adoption of Momentum service routes, self-service journeys, intake logic and briefing standards.
- Train users on relevant tools, workflows, approval steps and collaboration routines.
- Coordinate enablement needs with Account Management, Delivery Management, Tech & Data Operations and Platform Product Ownership.
- Translate process or platform changes into clear user guidance and updated enablement materials.
- Collect user feedback, adoption barriers and recurring questions from markets and internal teams.
- Monitor adoption signals, training participation, self-service usage and user confidence where data is available.
- Support rollout waves with training plans, onboarding formats and market-specific enablement.
- Maintain training content so it remains current, practical and aligned with the operating model.
- Contribute improvement inputs for service catalogue, platform UX, intake forms and self-service journeys.
