Senior Odoo ERP Program Manager to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of our corporate ERP landscape covering Finance, CRM, HR, and related business functions.

As Program Manager, you will orchestrate multiple parallel work streams, ensuring architectural consistency, business process integration, roadmap execution, and successful delivery across the entire ERP transformation program.

Working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external implementation partners, you will drive the successful rollout of a scalable and future-proof Odoo platform.

Key responsibilities

Program leadership:

Lead the end-to-end Odoo ERP transformation program across multiple functional domains.

Coordinate several parallel implementation tracks while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Manage the program roadmap, milestones, releases, and cross-functional dependencies.

Report program progress, risks, and strategic decisions to executive leadership and steering committees.

ERP solution & process integration:

Oversee the implementation of Finance, CRM, HR, and related Odoo modules.

Ensure seamless end-to-end business processes across all functional areas.

Promote standardization and optimization of business processes.

Guarantee consistency across the entire ERP ecosystem.

Architecture & governance:

Ensure all implementation tracks comply with the organization's ERP architecture principles.

Govern solution consistency, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Coordinate with solution architects and implementation partners to maintain architectural integrity.

Stakeholder management:

Act as the central point of coordination between Business, IT, and external Odoo partners.

Facilitate decision-making across multiple departments.

Align priorities and resolve cross-functional dependencies.

Risk & quality management:

Identify and proactively manage technical, operational, and organizational risks.

Ensure every project phase meets functional and technical quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement throughout the program lifecycle.

Change management & adoption:

Lead organizational change initiatives supporting the ERP transformation.

Coordinate training activities and user adoption strategies.

Ensure business teams successfully embrace new processes and ways of working.

Required skills & experience

Extensive experience leading large-scale ERP implementation programs.

Proven experience with Odoo ERP implementations.

Strong understanding of Finance, CRM, and HR business processes.

Experience managing multiple work streams within complex transformation programs.

Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Strong knowledge of ERP governance, enterprise architecture, and process integration.

Experience with organizational change management and user adoption strategies.

Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on program execution.
