Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners and adhesives under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFAST Walls ® for exterior building envelopes and facades. The Product Manager, with the support of the department head, leads the management and performance of the product portfolio to deliver on the company’s strategic and financial objectives.

This role serves as the voice of the customer, translating market insights, customer needs, and business requirements into cohesive strategies that drive growth. This role collaborates cross-functionally with product development, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders to manage the product portfolio effectively and deliver competitive, innovative solutions that meet market and customer needs. The Product Manager balances short-term execution with long-term portfolio and roadmap planning, continuously evaluating portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.

• Develop and lead the execution of assigned product category strategies, focusing on growth and competitive position, in collaboration with other product managers, and with support from the department head
• Establish strategic short and long-term category objectives to support corporate goals and organizational vision
• Drive the achievement of annual financial goals including sales, gross margin, COGS, market share, pricing, and product mix through close collaboration with the sales team
• Manage product and portfolio lifecycle activities, including new opportunity identification, product enhancements, service improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and rationalization decisions
• Develop, evaluate, and communicate business cases for strategic initiatives and new product opportunities, including ROI analysis, target customer segments, and key milestones
• Lead new product development projects, guide cross-functional teams and manage execution from concept through launch, with each function accountable for its respective deliverables
