• Provide a full range of salon services (haircuts, colors, perms, and fashion-forward styling) tailored to client preferences.
• Grow and manage your clientele, leveraging walk-in opportunities, tips, and commissions.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with salon policies.
• Engage in ongoing training, both online and in-person, to elevate skills.

• Cosmetology license required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with flexible scheduling.

• Earnings may be based on straight commissions or hourly rate, whichever is higher, with potential quarterly commission increases based on productivity.
