Parkview Health - :  [Medical Records Clerk] As a Patient Access Services Representative at Parkview Health, you'll:
Process registrations for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients;
Conduct professional patient interviews obtaining demographic, financial and biographical information;
Collect patient co-pays at time of service in the Emergency Department;
Collect estimated cost of service in outpatient areas;
Receive payments on patient accounts;
Answer patient questions regarding estimates or outstanding balance and provide patients with payment options.
