Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc. currently has openings for 2nd shift production positions at our facility in Bryan, OH.

Scope and Responsibilities
:

Performs repetitive work at a work station or assembly line, assembling metal, electrical, or mechanical components/parts into an HVAC unit.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performs any assembly functions, using hand or power tools
• Monitor and responsible for the overall quality of the work being performed
• Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes
• Operate fork lift, as required
• Ability to use hand or pneumatic power tools
• Performs activities in accordance with the procedures outlined inthe work instructions and drawings
• Ability to read and understand drawings/blue prints, as well as read a tape measure and angles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/abilities:

• High school diploma or GED is required
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Sheet metal experience is preferred.
