The Manufacturing Engineer Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Bryan, OH.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this position includes assisting in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for our portfolio of prescription-grade phototherapy products. This role works closely with engineers, production staff, and quality teams to support production operations, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including experience with quality control practices, basic measurement tools, and root-cause problem solving.
- Experience with data collection and analysis tools
- Understanding of quality systems and statistical process control (SPC)
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
- 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, maintenance, or engineering support experience preferred
- Must be able to be on-site in Bryan, OH
- Expected salary range: $63K-74.6K
