As an RN you will assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families; and address various patient needs including IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/G tubes, Foley caths, and medication administration.

• One year of acute care experience
• Current RN state licensure
• CPR certification
• Ability to travel for in‑home visits

• Home healthcare/case management experience preferred
