Job Functions:

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the SPAX® brand for the construction market, TRUFAST® for the commercial roofing industry and TRUFASTWalls® for exterior building envelopes and facades. The Sales Support Specialist
-TRUFAST Roofing will ensure our customers receive outstanding support and that all their needs are met. This will be accomplished through support of our sales leadership and outside sales teams by providing sales reports, analysing data, serving as a liaison between sales and operations, and assisting in forecasting and pricing. This role will have significant interaction with the Trufast sales leaders and our customers, working to connect their needs with our sales teams and internal operations, to help ensure customer priorities are understood internally, expectations are managed externally, and processes are in place and working to deliver on both.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on with all areas of the organization, on many different items at once, ensuring each is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

Essential Responsibilities:

Sales Analysis, Forecasting & Pricing

• Generate and review monthly sales figures and analysis to support customer, product, and margin growth for the sales and inside sales teams.
• Coordinate customer forecasts with internal forecasting team, analyze vs. actual order volumes, and communicate/manage gaps with the sales team and customers.
• Assist with pricing of products and customer discounts, and administer customer rebates.

Order Fulfillment & Supply Coordination

• Manage order allocations and stock availability, identifying supply shortages and demand spikes early to prevent service issues.
• Partner with supply chain and operations to understand lead times, product availability, and shipment requirements; communicate lead times to customers and expedite orders to support on-time delivery. Proactively address any commitment risks with communication to sales leadership and customers, providing options and updates for resolution. Recognize when an issue needs escalated.
• Work with sales teams to quickly and accurately solve ad-hoc customer issues.
