Mustang Cat is actively seeking a Shop Coordinator to support the Machinery Service Department in Bryan, Texas. In this role, you will assist the Service Supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring timely and efficient equipment service, customer communication, and repair coordination.

• Support shop scheduling and coordinate repairs between teams
• Review invoices for accuracy and process warranty documentation
• Monitor production and efficiency
  , reporting key metrics
• Manage equipment inventory and assist with shipping & receiving
• Enforce safety and contamination control practices
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with technicians, Product Support Sales Reps, and customers
• Step in for the Service Supervisor during absences and assist with delegated tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of dispatching or coordination experience in a service or repair‑related industry
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
  , including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional communication across phone, email, and in‑person interactions

• Mechanical aptitude or background in equipment repair/service
• Spanish speaking skills are a strong plus
• Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
  , service scheduling systems, or CRM platforms is beneficial
