KBTX Media operates the CBS and CW affiliates in Bryan‑College Station, Texas, and has been the ratings leader in the Brazos Valley for over 65 years.

The Executive Producer - Streaming will oversee KBTX’s digital presence on streaming platforms, including , social video platforms, and connected television devices. They will coordinate the station’s streaming strategy with the Digital Content Manager under the direction of the News Director. The role requires developing and implementing a fluid streaming strategy to grow available content and audience, training staff, establishing best practices, and creating an environment that engages newsroom employees in streaming content.

The EP will also spearhead a digital‑exclusive content channel focused on timely OTT content.

• Significant experience in digital analytics and planning for digital content
• A proven record of success in the production and distribution of digital content
• Proven leadership skills and excellent news judgment
• Success in growing an organization’s social and digital footprint, especially within key demographics
• Strong writing skills and a background in digital news
• A community‑minded spirit and vision to expand the station’s outreach through coverage of impactful events to the greater region served
• A passion for production and storytelling, combined with an unwavering commitment to journalistic ethics and standards
• Ability to work with all digital specialists to ensure social media growth
• Ability to teach and lead by example while using the latest technology
