Student Worker - Student Center
The Blinn College District is searching for a Student Worker - Student Center at our Bryan Campus.
Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:
To assist Student Leadership & Activities staff in performing the day‑to‑day operation of the Student Center Programs.
- Fulfill training requirements.
- Manage resources and event logistics.
- Keep all materials, equipment, and furniture in an orderly manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be federal work study eligible. Must be at least a part‑time student at Blinn College.
Minimum Competencies- Customer service experience
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Products
- Experience in working in the area of hospitality.
Ability to perform physically demanding activities including walking, stooping and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Length of employment: semester by semester. Evaluation Procedures & Schedules – n/a. Maximum of 19 hours per week. Ability to work between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
