Commercial Lender

• Aggressively seek and obtain quality new business through client and prospect calls, referrals, and cross-selling efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Handle sales, credit analysis, proper loan structuring, client interviewing, and character judgment.
• Contribute to deposit growth by cross-selling and promoting banking products.
• Serve as the principal account and relationship manager for clients.
• Assess customer needs and solve problems effectively.
• Attend social, civic, and networking events with current and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with bank personnel to resolve customer issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, or related field preferred.
• Formal credit training and underwriting experience.
• 5-10 years of credit-related commercial banking experience.
• Ability to expand loans, client relationships, and cross-sell bank products.
• Familiarity with sales, loan processing, and closing processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven portfolio management record.
