We are looking for a strong finance leader with proven success partnering with operational leaders for financial decision support. As the Director Finance eph Health in Bryan, TX, you will oversee the development, performance, and maintenance of financial decision support staff activities for the consolidated Brazos Valley Market, collaborate with the Market Project Manager to improve financial performance, and recommend annual goals to the Market VP of Operational Finance.
You will also develop the annual operating budget, forecast models, and participate in long‑range strategic financial planning with the Market leadership team and South Region Decision Support.
- Collaborate with Region Decision Support to assist leaders with understanding and evaluating the performance of their business unit/clinic.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative financial analysis to support goals.
- Serve as a business analyst and direct special projects related to strategic growth and financial performance improvement.
- Assist Regional Finance with the preparation of the annual operating budget, forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Provide market oversight for the operational budget process and market decision support staff.
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in the field, with at least five years in a leadership role.
- CPA licensure or certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, general ledger accounting systems, Meditech, and Lawson preferred.

Pay Range$47.29 - $70.35 /hour
