Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) Avir at Bryan

Responsibilities- Serve as a clinical leader in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- Collaborate with the facility’s care team to oversee short- and long-term residents.
- Handle admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition.
- Manage advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments.
- Competitive salary: $100,000–$120,000+ (commensurate with experience)
