LP Therapy | Full-Time

LP Therapy is seeking a reliable and motivated Rehab Tech to support therapy services in a Long-Term Care setting. This role assists therapists with patient transport, department organization, and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations of the rehab department.

Responsibilities:

• Transport patients to and from therapy
• Assist therapists during treatments under supervision
• Organize, copy, and file therapy documentation
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families
• Maintain cleanliness and flow of the therapy area
• Clean equipment daily
• Track and restock therapy supplies
• Assist with inventory and equipment maintenance
• Report equipment issues to the Rehab Director

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment: LTC facility; physical demands include lifting, walking, bending, and assisting with patient mobility.
