• Provide personal care services with professionalism and kindness
• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in client condition

• Document care provided
• Administer medications under RN direction (if applicable)

• Valid CNA certification
• Prior caregiving or CNA experience preferred
• Ability to work 12hour day or night shifts
• Strong communication skills
