Job Summary – CT Tech
- Setting:
Acute Care – CT, Level III Trauma

- Shift: Wednesday/Thursday, 12:00 PM–12:00 AM; every other Friday/Saturday/Sunday

- Hours:

40 guaranteed hours/week

- Certifications:

BLS (AHA) and ARRT(CT)
- EMR/PACS:
Meditech / Fuji
- Equipment: 3 GE CT scanners — one 16-slice and two 64-slice
- Patient Setting: ER and inpatient
- Daily Volume:
Approximately 16–24 CT scans

- Required Skills:

CT with and without contrast; IV starts required
- Floating:
First to float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed (approximately 16 minutes apart)
- Call:
Required as backup, with a 30-minute response time; rotation approximately every 6th week
- Call schedule varies depending on the assigned rotation.
- Always someone in-house for coverage.
- Weekends:
Every other weekend
- Holidays:
Occasional, rotating with permanent staff
- Scrubs:
Black; not provided

- Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of CT experience, Texas MRT license, BLS (AHA), ARRT(CT), ER/inpatient CT experience, IV-start skills, availability for rotating weekends and call, and ability to float between campuses.

Medlivo Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
