Housekeeping Attendant- Men's Locker Room

Miramont Country Club, located in Bryan, Texas, is a premier private club committed to delivering exceptional Member experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness and service. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented and service-minded Men's Locker Room Attendant to help maintain a welcoming, comfortable and impeccably maintained environment for our Members and guests.

The Men's Locker Room Attendant plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of the Men's Locker Room and its amenities. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this hands-on position ensures locker rooms, restrooms, showers, towels, toiletries and refreshment areas consistently meet the Club's high standards. This role is ideal for a dependable, hospitality-focused individual who takes pride in their work, values Member privacy and enjoys creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment through exceptional attention to detail and personalized service.

• Maintains exceptional cleanliness, sanitation and presentation throughout the Men's Locker Room & assigned Club areas.
• Cleans & sanitizes lockers, showers, restrooms, countertops, mirrors, floors, benches & other designated surfaces.
• Conducts routine inspections to ensure facilities remain clean, organized, properly stocked & ready for Member use.
• Cleans & disinfects high-touch surfaces & shared amenities according to established sanitation procedures.
• Replenishes towels, toiletries, restroom supplies and other Member amenities.
• Collects used towels, empties hampers and coordinates timely laundry pickup & replenishment.
• Prepares, maintains & replenishes the Member coffee station & designated refreshment areas.
• Provides friendly, attentive & professional service while respecting Member privacy & min. disruptions.
• Assists w/ laundry operations, inclu. sorting, washing, drying, folding, pressing & organizing towels/linens.
• Maintains clean, organized housekeeping carts, equipment, storage areas & supplies.
• Properly collects, documents and submits lost-and-found items to the Concierge/Reception team.
• Identifies and promptly reports plumbing, mechanical, electrical & other maintenance concerns.
• Safely operates housekeeping equipment & uses approved cleaning products according to Club safety standards.
• Assists w/ special cleaning projects, deep-cleaning assignments & other housekeeping responsibilities.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper or management.

Required:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices & safe handling of cleaning products.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to maintaining exceptional cleanliness & presentation standards.
• Ability to provide friendly, courteous and professional service to Members and guests.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage priorities & complete assigned responsibilities w/ min. supervision.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays as needed.

Preferred:

• Previous housekeeping, custodial or hospitality experience.
• Experience working in a private club, hotel, resort, fitness facility or similar upscale environment.
• Familiarity with locker room maintenance, restroom sanitation and laundry procedures.
