Amenity Housekeeper

Miramont Country Club, located in Bryan, Texas, is a premier private club committed to delivering exceptional Member experiences and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness and service. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented and service-minded Amenity Housekeeper to help maintain a welcoming, comfortable and impeccably maintained environment for our Members and guests.

The Amenity Housekeeper plays an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization and overall presentation of Miramont Country Club's clubhouse and facilities. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, this hands-on position performs detailed cleaning, oversees laundry operations, monitors supplies and assists with maintaining the Club's high standards. This role also provides guidance and support to housekeeping team members, helping ensure consistent service, efficient operations and an exceptional environment for Members and guests.

• Performs detailed cleaning throughout clubhouse and assigned areas.
• Maintains cleanliness, sanitation and presentation standards.
• Inspects areas to ensure they remain clean and Member-ready.
• Oversees laundry operations, including washing, folding and pressing linens.
• Oversees laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding & pressing linens.
• Monitors supply levels throughout assigned areas and replenishes items as needed.
• Provides guidance, training and mentorship to new housekeeping team members.
• Assists with housekeeping inspections and quality control.
• Reports maintenance concerns and facility issues, to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Handles Club equipment, supplies and property responsibly to prevent unnecessary damage.
• Properly documents, labels and submits lost-and-found items to the Front Desk team.
• Communicates effectively with team members and other departments.
• Completes deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong housekeeping skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instr. & communicate effectively w/ fellow team members & management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain assigned areas, equipment and supplies in a clean and organized manner.
• Dependable, responsible and able to complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and commitment to exceptional Member service.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays as needed.

Preferred:

• Previous housekeeping, custodial or hospitality experience.
• Experience working in a private club, hotel, resort, fitness facility or similar upscale environment.
• Previous experience assisting with laundry operations or housekeeping quality control.
