We are seeking an energetic and bilingual Property Manager to oversee residential properties in College Station, TX. The ideal candidate will bring 1 to 3 years of property management experience, proficiency in English and Spanish, and a strong understanding of industry‑leading tools such as App Folio, Yardi, and One Site.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Property ManagementSupervise the day‑to‑day operations of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property upkeep. Address tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with property management policies and local housing regulations.
Support budgeting and financial planning for the property. Oversee rent collection and address delinquencies effectively. Provide accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.
Leasing & MarketingShowcase units to prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process. Develop and execute marketing plans to maximize occupancy. Leverage property management tools like App Folio, Yardi, or One Site for efficient operations.
Maintenance CoordinationManage maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution. Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and enhancements.
CommunicationBuild strong relationships with tenants by addressing their needs in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline property management processes.
Qualifications- Language Skills
:
Fluency in English and Spanish required. - Experience
: 1 to 3 years of property management experience, preferably with complexes of 200+ units. - Technical Skills
:
Proficiency in property management tools like App Folio, Yardi, and One Site (training available). - Interpersonal Skills
:
Strong customer service, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Organizational Skills
:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to respond to property needs promptly.
- Successful completion of a background check.
