Pay Range

$16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Directly supervises food‑service associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline associates; address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Advise management of purchasing requirements with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding product shortages.
  • Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
  • Operate and clean equipment in accordance with department procedures after each use.
  • Store, label, and date food items according to policy; maintain established food rotations in storage to minimize spoilage and waste.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
  • Operate food‑service equipment in a safe manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Help serve meals; remain present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer comments and feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
