- Retrieve eCommerce online orders from put‑away locations and transport them to customers.
- Communicate order changes or adjustments to customers.
- Make necessary adjustments to orders based on customer requests.
- Audit orders for bagging, quality, completion, and note following.
- Package, transport, and load groceries and merchandise from holding areas to the customer’s vehicle.
- Minimize shrink through careful handling of product.
- Achieve productivity standards.
- Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the eStore, as needed.
- Maintain and stock bag areas.
- Return product to shelves.
- Transfer products from slot to slot to help free up carts.
- Organize carts and maintain cleanliness within the eStore.
- Maintain standards for safety and sanitation.

- Minimum age 16.
- Completion of all required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Seller's Training).

- Ability to prioritize and handle cross‑functional tasks.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Perform in a fast‑paced work environment which requires detailed work and precision.

- Constantly walk, reach at waist, grasp.
- Occasionally sit, stand, reach overhead, reach at shoulders, reach at knees, reach at floor, bend, stoop, squat, crouch, kneel, climb stairs, pivot, push / pull with arms, twist, pinch, perform fine motor movements.
- Demonstrate the ability to lift 55 lbs, and manage in excess of 55 lbs.
- Use a manual pallet jack multiple times per day.
- It is the responsibility of each individual Partner to never lift beyond their own safe lifting limit. If an item is too heavy to lift, push or pull, and / or carry, the Partner must break the box down into lighter, smaller, more manageable components, or ask for assistance from another Partner or a manager.
