• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business through proactive relationships with existing customers.
• Accurately account for all currency transactions and ensure timely deposit with scanned documentation in the agency management system.
• Quickly connect, build, and leverage client relationships, advising customers on the best products for their needs.

• Preferred:
  Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license (not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow‑up and multi‑tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated by advancement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
