Billing Clerk

The Company also provides mission-critical utility services, including operations support, waste disposal, and environmental remediation.

The Billing Clerk compiles data and prepares invoices and bills by performing the following duties.

• Comply with Eco Material Safety Policies and Procedures
• Process invoices, corrections, and daily basis using shipping manifest
• Monthly reporting packages – for Utility locations
• Work closely with shipping, customers service and other plant personnel
• Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility

• Basic understanding of math, accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to solve problems and communicate clearly
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent math, organizational, time management, and communication abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience or training required
• Lift/move/transport items up to 15 pounds

• The hourly pay rate is $21-$23/hr.
