- Position can be virtual or at the ITandT BTS corporate headquarters located in Malvern, PA
- Managing incoming reservation requests via phone, email, Concur
- Delivering service excellence at every level of the business travel process
- Processing reservations via Sabre GDS as well as researching fares/rates online
- 5 years of corporate travel reservation experience
- Proficient in Sabre
- Must deliver exceptional customer service as well as possess excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
