Base pay range: $80,000 - $130,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Supervising and coordinating the activities of the electrical team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Ensuring all electrical work is performed in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Reviewing and interpreting electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics.
- Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to design and implement electrical systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues that arise during construction.
- Providing regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Traveling to various construction sites as needed to oversee and manage electrical work.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Proven experience working on multi‑family projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and team‑management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to travel frequently to various construction sites.
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Certification as a Licensed Electrician is a plus.
