Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth. Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Part-Time (As Needed) Licensed Therapist for the Arkansas District (Alexander, Harrisburg, Dermott, Lewisville and Mansfield).

Our secure residential programs for at-risk male and female youth, located in multiple cities, promote a normalized high school experience, provide a safe environment and opportunities for positive change, and support growth for students and staff. Our campus features residential student dormitories, on-site school and library, vocational training, chapel, gym, medical services and an outdoor recreation area. Pay: $31.25/hour; can increase based on education and years of experience

The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This includes clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. The Licensed Therapist may document and assess the effectiveness of interventions toward meeting treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require crisis intervention as necessary and requires monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries for all students in care.

• Have an Arkansas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW
• Must have a Master’s Degree in a relevant field
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB tests
• Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry
• Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver’s License

Part-Time Only, on an as needed basis

• Master’s or better in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
