- Perform patient care and support activities under the direction of a Provider
- Administer medications and IVs as ordered
- Monitor and record patient vitals
- Perform venipunctures and process lab results
- Process referrals and documentation accurately
- Provide safe and compassionate care to all patients
- Assist with department administrative duties as assigned
- Remain flexible for cross‑training and occasionally assist outside normal scope of practice
- Observe, identify, and take initiative to help move the organization forward
- Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and uphold our values
12‑hour shifts with rotating Saturdays.
PayStarting at $20/hour and up, depending on experience.

Additional InformationYou may be required to attend training in Texarkana. All training expenses will be fully covered. We’re a fast‑paced environment looking for individuals who can multi‑task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This position requires patience, compassion, and excellent prioritization skills. Applicants should be comfortable using computers and have outstanding customer service abilities.
