Retail Store Manager – Circle K – Bryant, AR

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage, and assign tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among team members and supervisors.
• Schedule staff within company guidelines to maximize service and store image.
• Implement non‑discriminatory hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and separating practices.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Promote a safe, positive public image within the neighboring community.
• Prepare ongoing performance appraisals and provide performance‑based feedback.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize and maintain all site files, manuals, and required employee reports.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information, and take appropriate actions to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received and disbursed.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the job description.
• Proficiency with computers for analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong oral and written communication in English.
• Ready to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
