• Lead and develop teams through training, coaching and actionable feedback.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations, using technology, merchandising Guadalajara and business initiatives.
• Model exceptional customer‑service standards using the One Best Way (OBW) service model and support related customer‑service initiatives.
• Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing profitability statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Manage inventory flow, seasonal transitions, shrink mitigation and ensure effective merchandise presentation.
• Provide supervision, hire, train, mentor and develop hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold Walmart’s mission, values, ethics and integrity.
• Build a culture of belonging and diversity, promote continuous learning and improvement.

• 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 avut supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition and meet state requirements,akov require a current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.
• Attend and successfully complete all mandatory job‑required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Certificate of Completion assigiinngits­ in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
