Deine Aufgaben:- Erstellen von Ausfuhrlisten über PASSAR
- Erstellung von Lieferpapieren und Frachtbriefen
- Kommunikation mit Spediteuren, Zollbehörde und SECO
- Kundenkommunikation
- Abteilungsübergreifende Organisation der Versandtätigkeit
- Bearbeitung von nationalen und internationalen Versandaufträgen
- Sendungsnachverfolgung
- Vertretung in der Exportkontrolle
- Ausbildung zum (Speditions-)Kaufmann/-frau oder Weiterbildung zum Sachbearbeiter Export
- Kenntnisse in der Zollabfertigung
- Kenntnisse in Logistik und Exportabwicklung
- Kenntnisse in Exportkontrolle von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im internationalen Versandgeschäft
- Gute Kenntnisse der Incoterms
- Kommunikationstalent, freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
