- IT-Ausbildung/Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung mit Service- und Geschäftsprozessen, idealerweise After‑Sales
- Routine im Umgang mit CRM‑, ERP‑Systemen
- Analytisch, strukturiert, lösungsorientiert, mit hoher Umsetzungskraft
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ein starkes Team, das Sie mit offenen Armen empfängt
