Logistics & Customs Manager; m​/f​/d

BRUSA HyPower AG is an innovative e‑mobility company based in Buchs (Canton St. Gallen) with about 400 employees in Switzerland, Germany and China. The company specializes in electrical energy conversion systems such as DC/DC converters, onsite charging systems and other power electronics for on‑highway, off‑highway and stationary applications for international customers.

• Primary point of contact for all customs and export formalities.
• Ensuring that export procedures are carried out correctly in compliance with all applicable regulations (EU, US, CN export control legislation).
• Carrying out compliance screenings of creditors, debtors, orders, deliveries, enquiries and quotations.
• Preparing customs documents such as customs invoices, export declarations and other export‑related documents.
• Clarifying and gathering necessary customs data (internal and external) as well as export control classifications.
• Carrying out preferential tariff calculations.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining manuals and guidelines for the export department.
• Receipt and posting of materials, including incoming and outgoing goods checks.

• Completed commercial training and relevant further training in the field of exports.
• Several years’ professional experience in customs, exports and export controls.
• A solution‑oriented, independent and analytical approach, as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written).
