Location: Phoenix Metro Area (including Abrazo West, Banner Boswell, Banner Del Webb, and Abrazo Arrowhead)

Compensation: Annual salary between $700,000 and $800,000

Greater Anesthesia Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team. This is a Full-Time Float Position with a flexible schedule, offering coverage at multiple facilities across the Phoenix Metro Area. The ideal candidate will rotate between Del Webb, Boswell, Arrowhead, and Abrazo West campuses, providing anesthesia services to a diverse range of surgical cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float Coverage: Work 1-2 weeks per month at Del Webb
  , with rotating shifts at Boswell
  , Arrowhead
  , and Abrazo West campuses.
• Provide anesthesia services for various specialties, including orthopedic surgery
  , regional blocks
  , general surgery
  , urology
  , gynecology
  , and Cath lab procedures.
• Optional Trauma Cases available for those interested.
• Opportunity to train with TEE (Transesophageal Echocardiography) for Cath lab Watchman and TAVR procedures if desired.
• Work in a collaborative model with no medical direction, fostering a team-oriented and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified or Board-eligible Anesthesiologist with a valid medical license.
• Experience in orthopedic

  , general anesthesia
  , and Cath lab procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
