The Liberty Elementary School District, Buckeye, Arizona, Governing Board, is seeking a highly qualified and certified Superintendent. The Board wishes to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position no later than July 1, 2026.

McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C., Executive Recruitment and Development has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the governing board in identifying and screening the candidates.

Location: Liberty Elementary School District 25 is a school district in Maricopa County, Arizona. It serves Liberty, Rainbow Valley, and parts of Buckeye and Goodyear.

The candidate must have the background, skills, and abilities essential for excellence in educational leadership. The board recognizes that selecting a superintendent is one of the most important decisions it will make.

The Liberty School District is seeking a Superintendent who can successfully demonstrate:

• Experience as a superintendent preferred or possess superintendent like experiences in a similar size or larger district.
• Strong and Bold leadership that will inspire others to grow and develop to their best ability.
• Clear and respectful communications that will build relationships based on trust and integrity while being transparent.
• Being a team player that ensures voices are heard and respected.
• Knowledge of school finance and the ability to develop plans to maximize resources to meet district needs and challenges.
