Verrado Theatres and BackLot - Team Member

The Cinema and Entertainment Center Team Member (CECTM) is primarily responsible for providing the Ultimate Entertainment and an elevated guest experience through exceptional service and hospitality.

• Greet guests and make them feel comfortable by establishing a personal connection.
• Communicate promptly, courteously, and effectively with all guests, management, and fellow team members.
• Be knowledgeable in the theatre brand and provide the Ultimate Entertainment experience by operating the Usher, Door, Concessions, and Box Office areas.
• Be knowledgeable about the Back Lot brand, arcade equipment, and items sold to be able to answer questions, make recommendations, and upselling.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the entire facility, which includes the entryway, auditoriums, concession stand, restrooms, arcade games, bowling area, etc.
• Sell/reload game cards, gift cards, merchandise, and handle guest service items.
• Sign guests up for our loyalty program and answer questions.

• Conduct redemption transactions for guests at the "Prop Dept”.
• Utilize the point of sale (POS) system to reserve bowling lanes for guests and check in/out bowling shoes including sanitization.
• Host private events throughout the building.
• Operate the popcorn popper for service.
• Thank guests for visiting as they exit.

• Are at least 16 years of age.

• Required to obtain and maintain a current food handler’s card and/or food safety certification.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace and possess basic math skills, be fiscally responsible, and operate a point-of-sale system.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, loud environment, with multiple flashing lights, while in a standing position for extended periods of time.
• Capable of remaining calm and using good judgment and discretion in all situations.
• A professional image with an increased attention to detail, well organized and a desire to serve guests and enjoy working as part of a team.
