SCOPE OF POSITIONOSU Harding Hospital/East Hospital-Talbot Hall provides the most comprehensive behavioral healthcare services for adults, older adults, and adolescents in central Ohio. We offer more treatment options and a more experienced and diversified staff than any other psychiatric or behavioral healthcare provider in the area. All of our outpatient, IOP, and Partial Hospitalization services include a comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis from a qualified clinician and implementation of an individualized treatment plan.

We offer specialized evidence-based services for patients experiencing Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Psychosis, Trauma- and Stress-Related Disorders, and Sexual Dysfunction. We offer specialty programs in Women’s Behavioral Health, Addictions, Trauma, and Neurocognitive Disorders. Talbot Hall provides the most comprehensive addiction services for adults in central Ohio, offering specialized evidence-based services for patients experiencing a Substance Use Disorder. We offer traumatic brain injury specific treatment, the latest Medicated Assisted Treatment for opiate and alcohol use disorders.

We offer Detox, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization and many Outpatient continuing care groups. The Behavioral Health Clinician 4 or Lead Behavioral Health Clinician serves as a critical part of our clinical team; they are an independent provider who functions within the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to provide psychotherapy and interventions in levels of care. Patients and their families will experience the benefits of patient-focused care through the integrated skills of all treatment team members.

POSITION SUMMARYClinical, leadership, and education position, including, but not limited to:
· Coordinate the clinical activities of inpatient clinical team members to achieve the most effective, efficient and evidence-based service delivery to patients & families.
· Monitor and assess practice patterns to ensure a high level of clinical expertise and positive outcomes for patients and families. Reports outcomes to management.
· Provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluation for patients with SUD and mental health complaints.
· Provide counseling/psychotherapy to individuals with mental & behavioral disorders to facilitate return to previous or improved functioning. Services provided include individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and/or couple/family therapy.
· Formulate individualized treatment plans to assist patients to determine and meet treatment goals.
· Other duties include advocating within local community if needed; working as part of clinical team; maintaining third-party payer relationships; and completing all necessary paperwork (e.g., disability, FMLA).

Minimum Qualifications For Hire:
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field;
Independent Ohio license to practice (i.e., LISW, LPCC, LICDC) with Supervisory Designation…
