Action Behavior Centers in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Direct Support Professional with a Bachelor's Degree to join our full-time team. You will follow personalized treatment plans and help children build communication, social, and independent skills during daytime sessions.
Starting salary offers $21–$27.25 per hour for Bachelor's level;
Master’s up to $28 per hour, with paid training and fully covered RBT certification. The schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with additional Saturdays as needed.
