About the RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our delivery team and build production-grade web applications for our clients. You will work directly with the founder and clients to understand business requirements, then design and ship solutions that solve real operational problems. Our stack centers on React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL, but we value problem-solving ability over framework loyalty.
Responsibilities- Build and ship full-stack web applications from requirements to production
- Work with clients to understand their workflows and translate them into software features
- Design database schemas, REST APIs, and responsive front-end interfaces
- Write clean, maintainable code with appropriate test coverage
- Deploy and maintain applications on modern cloud infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team engineering standards
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Proficiency with React (or similar frontend framework) and Node.js
- Experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of REST API design and authentication patterns
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Type Script, Tailwind CSS, and Drizzle ORM
- Background building CRMs, client portals, or internal business tools
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Vercel
- Experience working in a small agency or consultancy environment
- Interest in understanding business operations, not just writing code
