All duties are performed in a work‑safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and the individual works as a team member. Haul Truck Drivers are given primary responsibility for performing all plant tasks that require the use of heavy mobile equipment. The associated equipment of the limestone quarry and the plant equipment are also considered equipment to be operated by mobile operators.

• Communicates with load and unload areas, hauls materials safely to designated areas and maintains safe speed and observes all plant traffic controls.
• Performs walk‑around pre‑trip safety inspections. Identifies any safety problems or concerns and reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisor, including near misses and any other areas where safety can be improved.
• Performs maintenance activities to ensure haul truck is maintained to the required standard and assists with other plant maintenance activities as required, including site housekeeping or clean‑up activities.
• Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promotes a culture of safety and exhibits these behaviors.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Required
  
  Work Experience:
  
  Prior experience operating haulage trucks or heavy equipment, 1‑3 years experience.
• Required:
  
  Valid Driver's License.

• Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and use Amrize‑approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees who must wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
