We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, educational, and industrial projects.

• Oversee all on‑site construction activities from site work and foundations through punch list, turnover, and close‑out
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules, including three‑week look‑aheads, to keep work on time and within budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, self‑perform crews, vendors, and suppliers across multiple trades
• Lead jobsite safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain OSHA compliance at all times
• Enforce quality control standards and ensure work meets plans, specifications, and building codes
• Schedule and attend inspections, and coordinate with local authorities, owners, architects, and engineers
• Review drawings and specifications, identify conflicts, and support the RFI and submittal process
• Manage material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and field reports, and communicate progress to project management and ownership
• Partner with Project Managers on change orders, cost control, and owner coordination

• Five or more years of commercial construction superintendent or assistant superintendent experience
• Experience on commercial, educational, multifamily, or industrial projects preferred
• Ground‑up construction experience including site work, concrete, and vertical construction
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedules on active jobsites
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites throughout the region
