The Department of Emergency Medicine at West Virginia University (WVU), St. Joseph's Hospital in Buckhannon, WV is currently seeking a full time physician to join our team!

St. Joseph's Hospital receives 24,000 Emergency Department (ED) visits per year where clinical opportunities and medical student and resident teaching are available. Buckhannon, WV is a picture-perfect town for the career-minded physician who desires low stress of rural life yet demands high-quality care for his/her patients and community members. • MD or DO degree (or its foreign equivalent).
• Eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license.
• Completed an accredited Emergency Medicine residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
