Job Description

Weyerhaeuser Company is accepting applications for entry level production team members at our Buckhannon, WV Engineered Lumber facility. We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety and have a desire to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining a positive attitude and good work ethic. The position offers a competitive starting wage of $19.54 per hour, with gain‑sharing bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, 401(k), life insurance, medical, dental, and vision coverage (97% of premium cost paid by Weyerhaeuser).

• Clean production area – sweep and remove debris.
• Load and unload items from machines.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Perform preventive maintenance such as lubricating equipment.
• Interpret work instructions accurately and complete tasks as delegated.
• Safe start‑upgoland shut‑down of equipment in assigned area of responsibility.

• High school education or GED.
• Steady documented work history.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Stations,
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Ability to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be team oriented.
• Ability to perform essential physical functions of the position (e.g., climb stairs, navigate catwalks, lift up to 50lbs, bend, and perform repetitive movements).
• Must be willing and able to fit test and wear a respirator.
