The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry-level part-time management role that will sell our shoes to customers and also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. This role offers a career path with great growth in a company that values internal promotion.

• Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
• Ring up sales in the computer, take cash/run credit cards.
• Help re‑stock the sales floor.
• Keep the store neat and clean.
• Teach others how to do the above.
• Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
• Make deposits at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
• Willing to teach others how to sell and learn people‑management skills.
• Willing and able to open/close the store, including times when you may be alone.
• Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25–50 pounds.
