As a CDL B Driver and Warehouse Associate with Freedom Ag & Energy Cooperative, you’ll be the face of our team—safely delivering merchandise between FAE facilities and customer farms, production sites, and residences while providing outstanding service. This role will operate box trucks, pickup trucks, flat beds, and/or other vehicles. You will deliver, handle, load, and unload a variety of packaged merchandise, including seed, fertilizer, as well as feed and farm supplies.

You’ll follow all safety regulations and FAE operating standards, ensure your vehicle is maintained and road ready. Every day is different, and every delivery makes an impact.

• Safely drive FAE commercial motor vehicles delivering farm supplies
• Handle a variety of packaged merchandise, including seed, fertilizer and feed
• Work independently while meeting all DOT, safety, and FAE compliance standards
• Perform general vehicle maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment in optimal condition
• Provide excellent service to all internal and external customers
• Operate forklifts, pallets and other industrial equipment as assigned
• Assist with inventory management, and/or warehouse and merchandising functions

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required
• Licensing:
  Class B CDL license required
• Experience:
  • At least 6 months operating delivery vehicles (box trucks, pickups, flatbeds, etc.) and warehouse experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience operating industrial equipment, including forklifts
  • Previous work with the agricultural industry, and/or previous Freedom Ag & Energy work experience a plus
• Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle as defined by FAE motor vehicle safety policies
