Be Personnel is currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our client's growing and successful team in Buckie.

• £12.75 per hour plus overtime paid at £19.13 per hour(after 40 working hours)
• Monday to Friday shifts (6:30am - 2:30pm)

As a Food Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the production process, working with a variety of seafood products including:

• Fresh and smoked salmon
• Mackerel
• Shellfish

Responsibilities may include working across different stages of the production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety.

We're keen to hear from candidates who:

• Have experience within food production, manufacturing, or processing environments (preferred but not essential)
• Possess a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Are reliable, flexible, and willing to learn
• Are comfortable working in a lightly chilled environment
• Have a reasonable level of physical fitness, as some lifting is required
• Don't have food production experience? No problem.
• Candidates with experience in other hands-on or manual roles are also encouraged to apply.
