Early Years Tutor

Position: Early Years Tutor (Permanent)
Our client is dedicated to providing high-quality training and development opportunities for those pursuing a career in early years education. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Apprenticeship Trainer to join their team and help shape the next generation of early years professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver the Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.

* Plan, design, and implement apprenticeship programs that meet industry standards and requirements.

* Assess apprentices' progress and provide constructive feedback, ensuring they meet the required standards and outcomes.

* Support apprentices in developing their knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and educational practices.

* Maintain records of apprentice progress, attendance, and assessments, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and

Experience:

* A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (Level 3 or higher in Early Years Education).

* An assessing qualification such as CAVA, TAQA, A1, or D32/D33

* Experience working in an early years setting, with a solid understanding of child development and early education practices.

* A teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent) :
