Technical Essentials- Qualifications: Minimum QCF Level 3 in Utility Mapping and Surveying. CSCS card is mandatory; NRSWA (Street Works) and RICS (Assoc
RICS/MRICS) status are highly advantageous. - Site Expertise: Proven track record of a minimum of two years delivering utility surveying work on-site, managing projects independently, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Data Processing: Proficient in processing survey data and producing high-accuracy deliverables/drawings.
- Software Proficiency: Strong CAD capability is essential.
Experience with Brics
CAD, AutoCAD, or Revit for BIM integration is required. - Equipment: Competency with GPR, Radio Detection (EML), and GPS/Total Station (Leica P-Series/Cyclone preferred).
Salary:
Circa £40,000 (Subject to experience and technical experience).
