As a Technical Specialist for PFT Solutions within the Vitalograph Respiratory Diagnostic Solutions team, your primary responsibility is to provide expert Level 2 medical device hardware and software support on all Vitalograph PFT Solutions products, services and solutions to internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and end users.

• In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of PFT Solution products and services.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide Level 2 onsite and remote technical support for all PFT Solutions products (excluding high level EMR interfacing) to internal stakeholders, distribution partners, and end users globally.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the respiratory diagnostic industry.
• Understanding of all company and applicable procedures, regulations, guidelines, QMS, and industry standards as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Proven experience in teaching or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• In-depth technical knowledge and understanding of PFT Solution products and services (training will be provided).
• Strong technical and IT aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Understanding of all company and applicable procedures, regulations, guidelines, QMS, and industry standards as required.
